# Creating a campaign

## How do I create a PLA campaign?

You can create a PLA campaign in three easy steps:

* Step 1- Fill in the campaign details
* Step 2- Select the products
* Step 3- Set the bid inputs

Your PLA campaign will go live at the selected time.

## **Are there any guidelines when it comes to naming a campaign?**

There are no set guidelines as to what you can name your campaign. However, we would advise you to keep the names simple so that they can be easily identified.

## **Can I decide the start and end date for a campaign?**

Yes, you can set the start and end date for the campaign under ‘Settings’ while creating a campaign. You can also pause/stop an ongoing campaign if need be.

## **Can I make changes to any ongoing campaign?**

Yes, you can. You can change the list of products, the campaign type (CPC to ROI or ROI to CPC) and the bidding rate for an ongoing campaign.

What should I do if I am not able to create a campaign?

You can raise a ticket via the Support tab, and our support team will reach out to you.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://paytm-pla-help.onlinesales.ai/introduction/creating-a-campaign.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
